Ven arrived at the Old Mill just in time to see Vic go the other way. He fired off some completely random half-assed shots, then declared,

"I tried, he got away!"

Then he lay down his pistols on the ground and shouted after Victor.

"Say hi to Drew if you see him!"

Andrew sped down the road, loaded guns in his jacket.

He would not shoot Victor.
He would, however, kill anyone who tried to make him.

He and Vic were best friends and besides... Its just a stupid code...

"Who the FUCK cares?!"

And his engines roared as he peeled off onto the highway just in time to glance that oh so memorable bike.

Ven watched as 'Drew sped off past Victor, a certain look of peace in his eyes. He checked his phone,

"ONE NEW MESSAGE."

"Read Message." He commanded in a deep strong voice.

"Target changed. Current Target: Unknown."

Ven sighed deeply in relief. He picked up his phone once more, but this time to call Andrew and Victor.

Andrew slowed down and curved the bike down the off-ramp as he heard the chime of his cell. He took it off the clip of his belt, flipped the screen open and held it to his ear, a look of grimace on his face.

"Hello?"

"Vic's free. They found a new target." Ven barked.

"If his name comes up again... Don't hold back." He warned, then, with a distressed look in his eyes, clamped the phone shut.

Andrew breathed slower now that he realised his friend was free to go. He revved up his bike and peeled off down the sidestreets down the road. But Ven was right.

"From now on there are no friends." Andrew thought.

"From now on, there are only targets."

Matthew menear arrives at the old mills and found tire tracks all over the place and thought to himself "These are fresh maybe more members of the ferternity have been here" as he got up he walked back to his motorcycle and started the engine and droved off.
